To return a product (exercise your right of withdrawal), you have 30 days starting from the date you receive the goods.

Notification: You must notify us of your intent to withdraw within the 30-day period by emailing hello@craftshirts.eu Please use the downloadable withdrawal notice template.

Conditions: Items must be in new, unworn, unused condition, with tags, and in their original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Costs: The direct cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. We cannot accept packages sent back via Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) or freight collect.

Refunds: Once the product is received and inspected, the purchase price and the original shipping cost (up to the price of our least expensive standard delivery method) will be refunded within 10 business days using your original payment method.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made (All Ai design t-shirts) or personalized items, sale items, or gift cards.
